Qi Gong (or Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese practice which brings together movement breath and meditation to nourish the body, heart and mind and is sometimes known as moving meditation.
The effectiveness of Qi Gong has been proven in China by its beneficial impact on the health and wellbeing of millions of people over thousands of years.
Qi Gong can help to nourish: inner tranquillity, manage stress, bringing a sense of calm and wellbeing, uses the body’s natural energy flow to heal and stimulate.
Beginners are very welcome and every exercise will be explained & Demonstrated. You do not need to be fit or flexible. Qi Gong is suitable for everyone.

Qi Gong is mostly practiced standing up. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
